Customer Support

We understand that consistent customer support is necessary for client firms to successfully adopt a powerful strategic business application. Frankly, we are appalled at the trend among many vendor firms of dehumanizing customers. Large banks and construction trade foremen come easily to mind. Some would add computer consultants to that list.

Customer Service is a central part of our business plan. You'll find us on-site during and after deployment. We offer quarterly re-evaluations to be sure that all office operations are running smoothly. We seek to educate with every customer contact.
