The most cost effective way for us to provide you core office automation is to deploy Waypoint into your environment. As a result, we also offer ancillary services that can add further value for new adoptors of Waypoint. Of course, we also provide independent consulting services including workflow redesign, employee performance and role analysis, marketing research, statistical analysis and project management.

Management Consulting Typically, planning system enhancements is a great time to step back and re-examine your office operations, workflow logic, procedures and supervision. New tools and functions introduce changes and opportunities for further office efficiency gains. Adoption of our system may allow you to streamline your existing operational workflow and notification procedures. We can help you plan your office changes by providing assessment criteria and providing cost/benefit analysis that can steer decision making.

Data and Document Migration If you have existing business history you will want to decide how much past data and documents are cost effective to migrate into your new system beyond those involved in on-going operations.

Connectivity If you use a high-end accounting program that uses SQL Server then we can help you build triggers that maintain consistent data between Waypoint and accounting. If you use a smaller package, chances are synchronization can still occur but it will have to be a periodically run batch routine.
