Campaign Routing Functional
Summary Management can launch a "Campaign" by invoking all the saved settings of a promotion and possibly adjusting the target audience. Employees can then be instructed to work the campaign. They do so by clicking a button on the main menu. A task briefing is displayed if one exists and then the contact screen is presented for the first contact. A script can also open if one exists. A timer has begun. The employee can navigate all the data for that contact as appropriate. When the contact screen is closed, an outcome screen opens allowing the user to select any outcome by clicking a radio button. All of the preconfigured outcome data edits are then displayed which can be revised if needed for this contact. The user then either selects "Next" or "Done." A contact task is logged and the user is presented with the next target contact if requested. This is a very efficient methodology for many routine office tasks. Case Studies Advanced
